AI能給出答案，誰來提出問題？港大前海論壇的一個追問
9月5日，香港大學卓越人才論壇暨青年科創學院成立兩周年特別活動在深圳前海舉行。政府、大學、企業、投資界和青年創業者圍繞人才、科技與產業展開對話，但最值得帶走的問題不止於「AI會做甚麼」，而是：人是否還願意理解世界，並為自己的判斷負責？ 香港大學校長張翔教授說：「未來的大學不應只是知識的『倉庫』，更應是能力鍛造與人格養成的熔爐。」在AI能提供答案的時代，「懂得如何提出正確問題，是更高階的智慧。」 這也是港大「全人教育」的現實含義。張翔校長強調，港大「培養的絕不是只會『刷題』的應試者」。教育需要給學生適當的「留白」，讓他們在真實問題中作出判斷、在團隊中學習協作、在沒有標準答案的時刻承擔責任。教授的角色，也應從「台上的聖人」轉變為「身邊的嚮導」。 菲爾茲獎得主、港大數學系講座教授吳寶珠教授在文章《不要放棄理解世界的追求》中，將這一命題推向更深處。他講道，我們可以把智力交給AI、等待它提供所有回應；也可以請AI幫助我們更廣、更深地理解世界。區別並非抽象哲學，它將塑造我們如何教育學生、組織工作，以及如何決定哪些事情仍值得由人來完成。 吳教授提醒，AI不應成為替我們思考的「神諭」。工具會延伸...
